Arrival Info and Check-In

Arrival Information:

Please aim to arrive 15–20 minutes before the first scheduled activity to allow time for check-in, warm-up and introductions.

Where to go on arrival:
Report to the Reception / Tournament Desk

You will receive:
Court allocation sheet
Match schedule
Wristband or name badge (if applicable)
Changing rooms, showers and lockers are available.
Equipment if needed

Check-In Process:

1.        Confirm your name and team pairing

2.        Receive match information and timings

3.        Collect any provided equipment (if pre-arranged)

4.        Warm-up courts are available before official play begins

If you are running late, please notify the organisers so adjustments can be made.
