This will be on a first-come first-serve basis.

There are plenty of on-site facilities including changing rooms, lockers, showers and coffees served.

We are proud to host this event in partnership with Palm Beach Padel Club, one of the area’s leading padel destinations. A recognised hub for the Palm Beach padel community, the club offers world-class courts and facilities in a vibrant, social setting.

Arrival Information

If you are attending as a general guest (not participating in a clinic or tournament), you are welcome to arrive at any time during the event and drop in and out throughout the day as your schedule allows.

If you are participating in a scheduled clinic or tournament match, please arrive at least 20 minutes before your allocated start time to allow for check-in and warm-up. Earlier arrival is encouraged to make full use of practice courts and facilities.

You will receive

  • Court allocation sheet

  • Match schedule

  • Wristband or name badge (if applicable)

  • Changing rooms, showers and lockers are available

  • Equipment if needed

Check-In Process

  1. Confirm your name and team pairing

  2. Receive match information and timings

  3. Collect any provided equipment (if pre-arranged)

  4. Warm-up courts are available before official play begins

If you are running late, please notify the organisers so adjustments can be made.
